Cormorant
Suddenly there were cormorants everywhere. Black, huge birds close to the water, with outstretched feathers. Gleaming in the sun while reverently craning their necks towards the sky.
Our summer collection is inspired by those “devils of the air“, as they are often called by fishermen. Falling birds with intimidatory beaks evoke an apocalyptic scenery and are contrasting with light summer fabrics. Impressive cormorants that reveal their delicate aquarelle painted feathers on a closer look.
Bright and shining colors such as blue, yellow and raspberry red awake the desire of summer days out in the nature.
The materials are chosen carefully for the warm season: finest French linen made in a small weaving mill and subsequently printed – all Oeko-Tex 100 certificated.
Lyocelll to provide fluent, innovative and sustainable fibers (more details in the product descriptions). Organic cotton is used for our skirts. GOTS certificated mother-of-pearl buttons and robust zippers made in Germany are used as closure.
Auf einmal waren überall nur noch Kormorane. Schwarze, große Vögel am Wasser mit ausgestrecktem Gefieder. In der Sonne glänzend und ehrfuhrchtsvoll den Schnabel in den Himmel hebend.
Die Sommerkollektion hat sich diese von Fischern oft als „Teufel der Luft“ empfundenen Geschöpfe als Inspiration genommen.
Abstürzende Vögel mit einschüchternden Schnäbeln haben eine apokalyptischer Anmutung und kontrastieren mit sommerlich leichten Stoffen. Von weitem imposante Riesen-Flieger zeigen bei näherer Betrachtung ihre feine aquarelllierte Federstruktur.
Kräftige und leuchtende Farben wie blau, gelb und himbeerrot machen Lust auf sommerliche Naturerfahrungen.
Das Material wurde passend zur Saison gewählt: feines Oeko-Tex 100 zertifiziertes französisches Leinen in einer kleinen Weberei gefertigt und anschließen bedruckt.
Lyocell als fließende, innovative und nachhaltige Faser (näheres dazu in den Produkt-Beschreibungen). Bio-Baumwolle für unsere Röcke. GOTS-zertifizierte Perlmuttknöpfe und robuste Reißverschlüsse aus Deutschland.
